A. Ceramic Coated Separator
The heat-resistance of inital polyolefin membrabe separator exist shortage, we improved the separator with high purity AL203 coating. The separator with ceramic coating can provide better heat-resistance, better performance of high rate discharging and more safety for the Li-ion battery.
Advantage of Ceramic Coated Separator
B. PVDF Coated Separator
PVDF coated separator can combine with electrolyte to form stabilized electric gel with high li-ion conductivity. The initial polyolefin separator coated with special treated high molecular material will markedly improve the Li-ion battery performance.
Advantage of PVDF Coated Separator
In order to combine the advantages of both ceramic and PVDF coated separator, we have mixed coating separator which means add single or double side PVDF coating layer on ceramic coated separator, or ceramic and PVDF mixture coated on normal separator.
