INTELLIGENT CABLE EMBEDDED CONTINUOUS PIPE FOR WATER INJECTION RTP PIPELINE
Intelligent cable embedded continuous pipe system for waler injection is composed with Intelligent cable embedded continuous pipe for water injection, special designed end fittings, various sensors, integrated water distributor and ground control devices. It is mainly used for downhole intelligent and precise water for land field. We can also provide composrte pipe without intelligent line for downhole general water injection.
The structure of the intelligent cable embedded continuous pipe for waler injection is similar to that of intelligent cable embedded continuous pipe for oil production. The main difference is that there is only one signal line and one power line in the intelligent layer. Compare with the traditional steel pipe, the intelligent composite pipe water injection system have the following advantages:

■ Excellent corrosion resistance performance and can be used for acid flushing.
■ Short-term temperature resistance can reach 95 degC.
